Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Create and manage content for both a personal LinkedIn profile and a business LinkedIn account.
  • Lead Response & CRM: Monitor and respond to property inquiries on platforms such as PropertyGuru and 99.co with prompt and professional communication.
  • Expense & Document Management: Track business-related expenses, maintain organized records in spreadsheets and cloud storage, and handle document preparation and signing (including CEA forms, tenancy agreements, etc.).
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Organize appointments and viewings with agents, buyers, landlords, and property owners; manage calendar updates.
  • Rental Payment Follow-up: Monitor, track, and follow up on upcoming or overdue rental payments from tenants.
  • Google Drive Maintenance: Ensure all files are up to date, organized, and easily accessible.
  • Research & List Building: Compile contact lists for developers, co-living operators, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Handle various ad hoc tasks, including lease extensions, banker follow-ups, and general admin duties.
