Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement programs to achieve sales targets and monitor product sales performance.
  • Lead marketing initiatives, from research to product development, pricing, advertising, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute impactful marketing programs.
  • Conduct trade and market visits to maintain strong market connections and insights.
  • Manage and control budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate product development efforts with the R&D team.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Marketing, Chemical Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in brand management, advertising, or sales.
  • Strong skills in communication, management, negotiation, and business intelligence.
  • A self-starter with guts, innovation, cultural awareness, and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Open to domestic travel to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive market.
