Job Description and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement programs to achieve sales targets and monitor product sales performance.
- Lead marketing initiatives, from research to product development, pricing, advertising, and promotions.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute impactful marketing programs.
- Conduct trade and market visits to maintain strong market connections and insights.
- Manage and control budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate product development efforts with the R&D team.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Marketing, Chemical Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in brand management, advertising, or sales.
- Strong skills in communication, management, negotiation, and business intelligence.
- A self-starter with guts, innovation, cultural awareness, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Open to domestic travel to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive market.
