Our client believes that people are at the core of their business. In line with the team expansion, they are currently hiring a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to be based in Manila, the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Insights & Reporting: Develop key management reports, provide financial and operational insights, and translate data into actionable business improvements.
  • Supply Chain Analysis: Lead complex business issue analysis, manage unstructured data, and support the Supply Chain team with financial and operational matters.
  • Operational Support: Assist in procurement-to-payment (P2P) and logistics activities, ensure compliance with internal controls, and drive process improvements.
  • Month-End & Budgeting: Review financial results for anomalies, collaborate with stakeholders for interpretation, generate monthly reports, and support budgeting and forecasting.
  • Performance Assessment: Analyze business metrics, identify risks and opportunities, share data-driven insights, and implement standardized performance management approaches


Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting /Finance / Commerce / Business or a related field.
  • Possess at least 5-7 years of working experience in supply chain management,t preferably in a manufacturing industry.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, ability to interpret large datasets, and proficiency in financial modeling.
  • Well-versed in technical proficiency and experience with supply chain analytics tools, ERP systems, and financial reporting software.
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset as the role requires a strong focus on process optimization and efficiency improvement within supply chain operations.
  • Strong on collaboration & stakeholder engagement and ability to work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and leadership teams to drive business decisions.
  • Proficient in financial & operational acumen with an understanding of cost-to-serve models, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within supply chain functions.
