Your Role:

As a Bookkeeper, You Will

• Oversee all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Manage payroll processing.
• Track job costs, invoices, and payments specific to HVAC service and installation.
• Assist in preparing financial data for tax filings in coordination with our CPA.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing processes.
  
  

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Proven experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper, preferably in the construction, trades, or HVAC industry.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) or similar accounting software.
• Experience with payroll processing and tax compliance.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with management and other team members
• Experience handling multiple projects and balancing priorities.
