Poddster, the leading global network of podcast studios, is looking for a sharp, reliable, and highly organized Sales Executive to join our Singapore and Dubai teams and support our sales managers in scaling Poddster to new heights.

What does a Sales Executive do at Poddster?

As a Sales Executive, you’re the engine behind our sales operations. While our Sales Managers focus on high-level conversations and decision-making, you’ll handle the execution: from preparing proposals and following up with leads, to updating our CRM and ensuring our pipeline stays clean and active.

You’ll be part of every stage of the sales process—just not the one closing the deal. Think of it as being the person who keeps the machine running smoothly: setting up calls, sending quotations, managing contracts, writing follow-up emails, and staying on top of everything that keeps momentum alive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team by handling all administrative and operational sales tasks.
  • Draft and send proposals, quotations, contracts, and follow-up emails.
  • Attend sales calls alongside Sales Managers to take notes, track action points, and ensure next steps are followed through.
  • Maintain and organize the sales pipeline and CRM system with up-to-date information.
  • Track lead status, update records, and ensure all opportunities are being nurtured.
  • Coordinate internally to gather required information for custom quotations and agreements.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow-ups to keep deals moving forward smoothly.
  • Prepare summary reports and assist with data needed for sales strategy reviews.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales support, sales operations, or executive assistant role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication in English.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive), and proposal software.
  • Proactive, fast learner who takes ownership of their work and delivers on time.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • A background in media, creative industries, or B2B services is a plus.
