MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Nutrition, or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food-related research and development

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manages the day-to-day operations of the R&D team, ensuring compliance with proper laboratory procedures and standards.
- Evaluates technical reports, findings, and relevant work procedures and instructions.
- Verifies the accuracy and reliability of data in experimental reports prior to making recommendations and drawing conclusions.
- Develops and delivers technical presentations for clients and industry events.
- Conducts internal audits and supports third-party quality assessments for certifications and accreditations.
