MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Nutrition, or Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food-related research and development
  • At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity within an R&D setting

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Carries out various specialized tasks related to R&D, including product innovation, recipe formulation, and product application testing.
  2. Manages the day-to-day operations of the R&D team, ensuring compliance with proper laboratory procedures and standards.
  3. Evaluates technical reports, findings, and relevant work procedures and instructions.
  4. Verifies the accuracy and reliability of data in experimental reports prior to making recommendations and drawing conclusions.
  5. Develops and delivers technical presentations for clients and industry events.
  6. Conducts internal audits and supports third-party quality assessments for certifications and accreditations.
