  • Book and manage quotes for potential clients.
  • Ensure effective and clear communication with clients, especially when discussing quotes and schedules.
  • Handle inbound calls, utilizing Sip Talk, and maintain a professional phone voice.
  • Develop a strong understanding of client needs and be proactive in addressing them.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Great English communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to understand Australian accents (since communication with Australian clients can sometimes be tricky).
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn Simpro software for scheduling.
  • Comfortable using Sip Talk and maintaining a professional phone voice.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
