Position Description

Primary Responsibilities
- Product Specialist: Engage clients by providing investment advice and solutions to Personal and Preferred Regular Clients.
- Sales: Grow the investment AUM and revenue of the Segment/clients under the assigned area/s.
- Account Management: Act as Account officer of basic segregated accounts (PMA).
- Develop strong partnership with branches and Preferred RMs. Assist RMs in profiling and recommending investment products to client. Assist RMs in providing market updates.
- Address investment concerns of Preferred Regular clients.
- Conduct branch product briefings and be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the basic investment training courses.
- Assist the SIA in conducting reviews for regulatory investment certifications.
- Conduct Investment 101 and Financial Wellness events and handle client queries and objections during these events.
- Facilitate account opening of segregated accounts and ensure that the account opening and transactions are properly endorsed to the IS and the other AMTC units.
- Assists the IS in addressing basic investment concerns of branches and clients, if necessary.
