We're expanding our reach and looking for a passionate and experienced sales leader to join our team and help drive our growth across multiple channels.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales at SULA SPIRITS located in Makati. The Head of Sales will be responsible for building and leading the sales team, while managing key relationships across on-premise, off-premise, distributors, and reseller channels. You will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, increasing revenue, and ensuring our products are successfully represented across various platform and locations.

Responsibilities

  • Lean and manage the National sales team to meet exceed revenue target
  • Develop and execute strategies for:

-- Off-Premise (retail stores, liquor shops)

-- On-Premise (bars, restaurants, clubs)

-- Distributors and Resellers

-- Consignment and Pop-Up Events

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and commercial partners
  • Oversee consignment programs and pop-up store activations
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and report on sales metrics
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development Teams for aligned campaigns and launches
  • Provide training, mentorship, and leadership to the sales team

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales within the liquor or beverage industry
  • Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog
  • Proven ability to lead and manage sales teams
  • Strong network within the industry is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
