Role Overview
Role Overview
- Elicits business requirements and translates these to functional and technical design specifications
- Leads projects for various FP&S Team initiatives
- Participates in project planning by driving requirements prioritization, clarifying project scope, and preparing project delivery plans with accurate estimates and key milestones
- Drives agile delivery of both implementation and enhancement projects by building user stories in high-quality Anaplan models by sprints, coordinating specifications with SAP application developers, and clearing impediments within each sprint
- Facilitates product validation by conducting unit testing for every piece of functionality developed, enabling system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, and troubleshooting reported product faults
- Provides support and maintenance for existing financial systems (most significantly, the financial planning system) and custom reports both in SAP and Anaplan by catering to post-deployment concerns and issues raised by end-users, devising investigation findings fixes, updating user manuals and business process documentations, and doing routine system utility tasks
- Drives technical growth and process standardization by staying abreast of latest ERP, data modeling, productivity, and RPA tools as well as industry best practices on ITSM, agile software development, data integration, and process definitions, participating in design thinking and prototyping of different innovation proof of concepts for research & development, and advocating implementation of these within the team and the division.
- Graduate of Information Technology, Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related courses
- Has at least 1-2 years of related work experience
- Has solid analytical and problem solving skills, strong communication skills, good foundation on ITSM and Agile proceses and tools, exposure to SAP, Anaplan, and other ERP and automation tools.
- Knowledge in SAP and Anaplan, and other financial reporting tools and systems is an advantage
