- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable data protection legislations (e.g., PDPA) and internal data protection policies.
- Support the implementation of data protection controls and help manage associated risks.
- Monitor compliance with the global policies, such as incident management and reporting, awareness raising, and
- Assist in the development, review, and monitoring of local protection policies and procedures (e.g. maintenance of data
- Stay updated on PDPA regulations, including new guidance issued by regulatory authorities.
- Actively participate in GDS Philippines and RMS Philippines programs, activities, and initiatives
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any course from a reputable educational institution
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office apps such as Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in reading, writing and verbal English
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams with minimal supervision
- A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on data protection trends and best practices
