Profile Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial operations.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial regulations.
- Strong Excel skills are a must, along with proficiency in accounting software (e.g.,
- QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to generate accurate weekly financial reports and P&L
- statements.
- Must be highly trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive and confidential
- information.

- Tax & Compliance:
- o Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with GAAP principles and
- relevant financial regulations.
- Chargeback Processing:
- o Process client chargebacks diligently, ensuring disputes are resolved
- accurately and in a timely manner.
- Confidentiality & Sensitive Data Handling:
- o Handle all sensitive financial data with the utmost discretion, ensuring that
- confidential information remains secure.
- Finance Assistant Functions:
- Daily Transaction Management:
- o Process invoices, payments, and expense reports promptly.
- Cash Flow & Budget Support:
- o Assist in managing cash flow and support budget forecasting activities.
- Data Integrity:
- o Monitor and review transactions to identify and resolve any inconsistencies
- or potential discrepancies.
- Vendor & Expense Management:
- o Liaise with vendors regarding invoicing discrepancies, manage expense
- reports, and ensure that all financial documentation is up-to-date and
- accurate.
- Administrative Support:
- o Provide essential administrative assistance for financial operations,
- including during audits and in preparing necessary documentation.
