Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day execution of data center construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Lead coordination and supervision of MEPFS works, working closely with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Review and validate construction drawings, BOQs, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Ensure strict compliance with local construction laws, health and safety standards, and data center-specific guidelines.
- Lead progress review meetings and issue timely reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage site inspections, snagging, testing & commissioning, and handover documentation.
- Liaise with procurement and logistics teams for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Serve as the single point of contact for all site-related construction matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing construction projects, with at least 1–2 years involving data center or similar mission-critical infrastructure.
- Strong technical knowledge in MEPFS systems.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple subcontractors.
- Familiarity with international standards and best practices in data center construction is a plus.
- PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage.
