We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Construction Project Manager with proven expertise in delivering complex infrastructure projects, particularly data center builds. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in managing construction activities across MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Structured Cabling) disciplines. This is a 1-year fixed-term engagement with the opportunity to work on a fast-paced and high-impact project involving mission-critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day execution of data center construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Lead coordination and supervision of MEPFS works, working closely with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor project milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables using appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Review and validate construction drawings, BOQs, shop drawings, and material submittals.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local construction laws, health and safety standards, and data center-specific guidelines.
  • Lead progress review meetings and issue timely reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage site inspections, snagging, testing & commissioning, and handover documentation.
  • Liaise with procurement and logistics teams for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all site-related construction matters.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing construction projects, with at least 1–2 years involving data center or similar mission-critical infrastructure.
  • Strong technical knowledge in MEPFS systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple subcontractors.
  • Familiarity with international standards and best practices in data center construction is a plus.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage.
