What you will achieve:

1. Financial Management & Reporting:

o Oversee the financial management of the Philippines subsidiary, ensuring compliance with company policies and Philippines financial regulations.

o Prepare financial statements, management reports, and provide accurate and timely financial data to headquarters.

o Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making.

2. Tax & Compliance:

o Ensure compliance with Philippines tax regulations, including GST, Corporate Income Tax (CIT), and Withholding Tax.

o Manage statutory audits, tax filings, and liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.

3. Cash Flow & Treasury Management:

o Monitor cash flow, optimize fund allocation, and ensure sufficient working capital for operations.

o Manage banking relationships, support financing, and oversee foreign exchange risk management.

4. Business Finance Support:

o Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.

o Oversee financial operations, improve processes, and enhance financial efficiency.

5. Perform ad-hoc assignments/projects assigned from time to time.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or CA certification preferred.

• At least 8 years of financial experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role, preferably in multinational corporations or listed companies.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Philippines tax regulations, with experience in audit, tax, and treasury functions.

• Proficiency in SAP/Oracle ERP systems and financial data analysis.

• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and ability to lead and optimize a local finance team.
