What You’ll Do
- Assist in monitoring the company’s compliance with relevant group and external regulations
- Assists the Chief Compliance Officer, the Compliance Managers and the Sr. Data Protection Officer meet reporting obligations under relevant group and external regulations.
- Works with other Compliance Specialists monitor the submission of required reporting as established in the Compliance Calendar.
- Drafts reports and presentations for Compliance Managers, the Chief Compliance Officer and the Chief Legal Officer for presentation to Senior Management, Board-level Committees, the Board or regulatory authorities.
- Works with Compliance Coordinators to schedule roadshows, business reviews and discussions between compliance leaders and business unit leaders.
- Assist in implementing policies, standards, procedures, and governance processes established under the Compliance Framework or the Compliance Management System.
- Has a good command of the English language, both in speaking and in writing.
- Strong writing skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- 1-2 years experience in the Compliance function of a Financial Institution
- Knowledge and experience in the regulatory environment of the banking/financial industry
