POSITION: RETURN MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • On time DR processing (Notice to Dealer/ASC/Customer)
  • Customer call out – For confirmation of unit replacement
  • Defective Units Clearing for Dealers in charge to Avoid Cash back or Deduction.
  • Dealer inspection clearing
  • Creating RNP for stock units that needs check up or inspection
  • Direct Replacement – create memo, coordination with logistics for delivery and pull out
  • Review Defective Return request if valid
  • New Unit Purchase offer to customers for phase out models and outwarranty.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Knowledgeable in Return Process (From check up request to unit pull out & receiving)
  • Service and Process knowledge, Problem solving and Data analysis
  • Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Good analytical skills and problem solving.

  • Customer & Results Focus (Internal & External)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Office Management and Technology
