About the Role - We are currently hiring for the Senior Operations Manager position. Tasks will include but are not limited to meeting and exceeding business objectives and ensuring consistent achievement of all financial and operational KPIs. This position requires a strategic leader with extensive experience and a proven track record in operations management. We are looking for someone with a Six Sigma Black Belt certification that combines leadership and operational expertise with process improvement skills.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver operational metrics and targets.
- Engage with key clients and partners proactively.
- Ensure KPI targets are met, including service levels, customer experience, quality, and compliance.
- Establish clear communication and engagement models.
- Identify and implement operational best practices.
- Motivate and manage Operations personnel.
- Demonstrate leadership, strong communication, and strategic skills.
- Translate business strategy into daily operations.
- Set and review quality standards.
- Manage client engagement and influence stakeholders.
Qualifications - Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in operations management, or project management in a related field. Six Sigma certification is required; at least Black Belt. Comprehensive expertise in the role's focus area. Skill in re-engineering operations and policy formulation. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in computerized business systems. Data analysis and report preparation skills. Knowledge of program planning and administration. Resource organization and priority setting. Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
Required Skills - Bilingual: Spanish/English- Fully fluent, both written and spoken
Preferred Skills - Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Six Sigma Expertise: Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent experience. Process Improvement Knowledge: Deep understanding of Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies, tools, and techniques. Pay range and compensation package - Salary Range: $3000-$4000 (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
