- In-depth knowledge and experience in using standard microscopic/mesoscopic transport modelling packages and recognized transport appraisal techniques.
- Advanced knowledge in VISSIM, demonstrable experience in Linsig/SIDRA software, and the ability to produce clear, precise, and coherent traffic analysis and reports.
- Experience with Aimsun, EMME,and Cube is preferred.
- Experience working as a functional team/group lead is desired.
- Relevant transport modelling experience in other regions (APAC/UK/USA/ME).
- Ability to work both as part of a sophisticated multi-disciplinary team and independently to solve problems.
- Capable of working under a challenging workload subject to short notice.
- Must be open to training and learning new software applications.
- Clear communication skills.

- Serve as an expert within the transport planning discipline with specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in VISSIM and other microscopic/mesoscopic modelling software.
- Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend best practices.
- Solve complex problems; take a broad perspective to identify different solutions; guide others in resolving complex issues in specialized areas based on existing solutions and procedures.
- Work independently, with guidance from SME/technical lead in only the most complex situations.
- Lead functional teams or projects.
- Take additional responsibility to support the smooth functioning of the TP business.
- Prepare to be an SME in the future.

- 10-14 years of experience with GDC exposure (APAC/UK/ME)
