Job Description:

  • Plan and organize civil site activities for power EPC projects to ensure timely and smooth completion.
  • Manage project schedules and coordinate internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Act as one of the Project Auditor who conducts internal monthly in collaboration with the company's Project Management System.
  • Review and check the project's technical specifications, designs, and standards to provide technical expertise and inspect the Civil Works, Elevated Structures, Underground Structure, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical &Plumbing, Station & Sub-station, Pedestrian Bridge, and Temporary Works.
  • Perform routine construction site inspection before, during, and after each work is completed and implement ITP and checklist during inspection.
  • Issue Non-Conformance Report for construction works and materials that do not meet project specifications.
  • Leading the team in obtaining materials from local or international sources that are suitable for the project design specifications.
  • Evaluate construction materials for its characteristics/properties, provide material test plan, and check its compliance with project technical specifications.
  • Responsible for material sourcing, gathering of data and testing, checking project requirements, designing, calculations/computations, and trial mixes to get the optimum design mix for each concrete class.
  • Supervise all the technical quality document submissions to the client consultants for approval.
  • Monitor each submission for the current status and consultant’s comments to address and facilitate meetings to discuss all the concerns to have a timely approval.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on construction progress and safety.
  • Manage warranty-related services for civil works and resolve any issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Registered Professional Civil Engineer
  • Work in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High enthusiasm for work, with a proactive approach to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong learning and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to work on-site at power project locations.
