Human Resources Information System Specialist
As Human Resource Information System Specialist your responsibility focus on administering the entire HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, security and accessibility. The HRIS Specialist collaborates with HR leaders, IT professionals and their stakeholders to optimize HR processes through the HRIS platform
I. System Administration
- Set up or administer and maintain the HRIS system, including user access, system configurations and system settings.
- Regular update and configure the HRIS to meet the evolving needs
- of the HR department and the organization
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the HRIS, collaborating with vendors and IT support as necessary.
II. Data Management
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness and confidentiality of HR data within the HRIS
- Develop and implement data validation and quality control measures to minimize errors and inconsistencies.
- Generate customized reports and analytics to support HR and organizational decision-making
III. Security and Compliance
- Implement and maintain data security protocols, user access controls and data encryption measures to safeguard sensitive HR information.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and lead efforts to keep the organization compliant.
Qualifications:

- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer sciences, business administration, HR management or any related fields. MBA is an advantage.
- At least 3 years professional experience of HRIS/ HR system support experience and analytics. Preferably with background in the setup of HRIS
- Literate on MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS performance metrics and improving processes
- Must understand the system development lifecycle process
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work interdependent and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Applicants must be willing to work in Paranaque City
