The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates to fill high-volume frontline and support roles across the Philippines. This role involves utilizing various sourcing methods, channels, and initiatives to build a robust talent pipeline, ensuring the organization meets its hiring goals efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Utilize all available and applicable sourcing channels to identify potential candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs
  • Work closely with partner recruiter and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization
  • Stay updated on industry tends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment
  • Track and report on sourcing metrics effectiveness of different sourcing strategies
  • Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talents
  • Facilitate and attend job fairs nationwide

What You Need To Have

  • Open for fresh graduates or those with experience in Sourcing/Volume Recruitment
  • Tech savvy, proficient in using 0365 tools
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Familiarity in using Canva or any design
  • Amenable doing field work/traveling

What Can Set You Apart

  • Preferably with knowledge in Employee Referral program

  • Basic graphic or video editing skills
