What You’ll Do
- Utilize all available and applicable sourcing channels to identify potential candidates
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs
- Work closely with partner recruiter and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization
- Stay updated on industry tends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment
- Track and report on sourcing metrics effectiveness of different sourcing strategies
- Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talents
- Facilitate and attend job fairs nationwide
- Open for fresh graduates or those with experience in Sourcing/Volume Recruitment
- Tech savvy, proficient in using 0365 tools
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Familiarity in using Canva or any design
- Amenable doing field work/traveling
- Preferably with knowledge in Employee Referral program
- Preferably with knowledge in employer branding and market in sighting
- Basic graphic or video editing skills
- Hybrid work set-up
