Role Overview
- Documents management to ensure full substantiation of our claims in the statutory reports particular to expenses and other transactions - Monitors the document flow from transaction/vendor payment to file. Manage the safe keeping and retrieval of both hard and digital copies of documents.
- Handles statutory reporting and compliance for assigned companies - Prepares tax returns, reports, reconciliations and schedules in compliance with BIR rules and requirements.
- Reviews and analyze GL transactions. Prepares Financial statement with commentaries.
- Validates, submits and files BIR Form 2307 of assigned companies - Reconciliation per record vs actual certificate. Ensure completeness. Submission to BIR, Safe keeping of both hard and digital copy.
- Handles administrative task - Funding request for tax payments, Receiving of documents, Preparation of DVF, Task coordination and other administrative work required by Controllership Group.
- Bachelor's Degree holder in Accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
- Has the ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and provide insights for business support
- High level of integrity and ethical standards in handling financial information and documents
- Willingness to collaborate with the accounting team and other departments to achieve common goals
