Position Summary

The Project Controller will be responsible for reviewing and processing invoice payment certificates for given projects. This position is also responsible for the preparation of the monthly Project Cost Report and other project related reports. This position also has the opportunity to work with the different operations and support group, as necessary.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTION

  • Creation of Project accounts in the system, if necessary.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Production Cost Control Group, Procurement team and 3rd party suppliers.
  • Monitor and summarize monthly back charges to different operation stakeholders such as contractors.
  • Monitor and summarize different project-related charges from equipment, logistics, safety and admin.
  • Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders.
  • Review and process supplier invoice related to project.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
  • Close out project accounts upon project completion.
  • Create and submit government reports related to projects.
  • Compile information for internal and external auditors, as required.


FINANCE And OTHER REPORTING PROCESS

  • Help in preparation of monthly Project Cost Variance Report
  • Make sure all transactions recorded and reported exist, are complete, accurate and in order.
  • Perform other related duties as required.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor/College Degree preferably related to Commerce/Finance/Accountancy
  • Experience in construction is a plus
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Alabang, Muntinlupa City (Mon - Fri)
  • Can start as soon as possible
