Your Role

Join Our Customer Care Team and Deliver Customer Excellence! We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Customer Care Specialist to join our Air Logistics team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention. You will work closely with the Key Account Manager, Operational Care Center (OCC), Revenue Care Center (RCC), and Finance to ensure smooth service execution and exceptional customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities

  • Send import pre-alerts to consignees and brokers.
  • Send validated manifests upon arrival notification.
  • Prepare for requirements and attend to inquiries regarding amendments, lifting of abandonment, direct validation of manifests, relabeling, and other incidental processes.
  • For shipments where KN is the broker, collect import clearance requirements and update status.
  • For shipments under DAP, coordinate with the consignee's appointed broker to capture delivery instructions.
  • Manage payment inquiries from brokers and ensure the debtor code is in place.
