About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving growth and expanding our network of partners within the Philippine travel and experiences sector.   • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and optimize product offerings, ensuring alignment with partner capabilities and market demand.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, contributing to the overall growth of the Philippine market.
  • Attend Industry Events: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, building brand awareness and expanding professional network.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all activities and provide regular reports to management on progress and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of the Philippine travel and tourism market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Tagalog (or other relevant local languages).
