Learning And Development Specialist
We’re looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to power up our L & D initiatives. In this role, you will:
· play a crucial part in the development, management, and maintenance of our LMS platform
· be able to express yourself in creating learning and training content, and
· curate our content library.

You will work closely with all departments and Premier NX teams, helping impart knowledge, hone skills, and ensure that they provide exceptional service to clients locally and globally.
Job Description:
- Manage and optimize our LMS
- The L&D specialist will be the primary POC for the LMS platform (Adobe Learning Manager), handle course assignments, reporting, and user support to ensure seamless learning access.
- Design and develop digital training content
- Create engaging e-learning modules, videos, and guides tailored to our campaign and departmental workflows and learner needs.
- Curate and maintain a dynamic learning library
- Fully utilize our content library, Udemy for Business to organize as focused learning assets, leading into career paths and upskilling tracks to support ongoing development.
- Collaborate with all departments and stakeholders
- Align training content with client KPIs, SLAs, and internal performance goals.
- Track training effectiveness and drive improvement
- Use feedback and performance data to refine content and enhance learner outcomes.
- Cover product specific training for smaller campaigns
Provide coverage and Training support to campaigns with low class frequency and headcount
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years’ experience in L&D (BPO or contact center preferred)
- Strong LMS admin skills (Adobe Learning Manager a plus)
- Solid background in instructional design and digital content creation
- Familiar with Canva, Adobe Captivate, and MS PowerPoint etc.
