About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Manager who thrives in high-performance environments, thinks in terms of systems and structure, and knows how to get things done, fast and right. This is not a desk-only job—it’s a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in tight operations, smooth logistics, and flawless execution. You’ll oversee day-to-day business operations, including staff coordination, event logistics, retail workflows, vendor communication, and facility upkeep.
You will work closely with ownership to take vision and ideas and translate them into repeatable processes, structured plans, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations including retail, events, and facilities
- Implement and optimize standard operating procedures across departments
- Manage staff scheduling, training, accountability, and performance tracking
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and restocking for retail and service areas
- Ensure events and activations are executed on time, on brand, and on budget
- Track KPIs and generate operational reports to assess efficiency and opportunities
- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and offer tactical solutions
- Be the go-to leader when things need to get fixed, improved, or completed quickly
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, retail management, retail estate
- You’ve built and led teams, created SOPs, and enforced standards
- Strong working knowledge of business tools
- Excellent at prioritization, delegation, and follow-through
- Passionate about culture, creativity, and the energy of an urban community
