Marketing Expert Virtual Assistant (VA) - Magician Entertainment Company
We are Omegan Entertainment, magician entertainment company based in Brisbane, Australia. Clients come to us when they want to hire one of our talented magicians to perform at their special events. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Marketing Expert Virtual Assistant to help us grow our business by boosting inquiries and bookings, as well as maintaining our website and social media presence.
We are looking for a skilled virtual assistant who excels in formulating marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and ensuring our website is up-to-date and optimized. Your goal will be to help us market our company more effectively, increase bookings, and engage with our audience across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Website Management & Basic Website Building
-Maintain and update our website to ensure its user-friendly, visually appealing, and informative.
-Ensure site content is always fresh and aligned with current offerings.
- SEO
-Help manage basic SEO tasks to keep our website ranking well and easy to find.
- Email/Social Media/Marketing Campaigns:
-Plan, execute, and track email and social media marketing campaigns to drive engagement and bookings.
-Use automation tools when possible, to streamline campaigns.
- Social Media Management:
-Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business.
-Schedule engaging content, monitor responses, and analyze performance.
- Data Analysis:
-Monitor social and campaign analytics to understand what’s working and identify areas for improvement.
-Use insights to develop and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Market Research:
-Stay up to date with the latest trends and marketing strategies relevant to the events and entertainment industry.
-Google Analytics knowledge is a plus.
- Market Research:
-Proficiency or working knowledge of GoHighLevel is highly preferred. You’ll be helping us utilize this tool for better lead capture, email marketing, automations, and overall marketing management.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience in website management and basic website building (WordPress, Wix, etc.)
- Basic SEO knowledge (keywords, meta tags, backlinks)
- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing platforms
- Experience running email and social media campaigns
- Proven ability to manage and grow social media accounts
- Skilled in analyzing marketing data and creating actionable insights
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Market research capabilities (Google Analytics is a bonus, not mandatory)
