Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Call Attendant. The Call Attendant will be responsible for answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner, handling customer inquiries, managing customer service issues, providing information about our services, and maintaining accurate call records. The Call Attendant will also assist in scheduling appointments and providing support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in basic computer applications and phone systems
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in a remote working environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
