About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record in SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and closing deals with mid-to-large enterprise clients. You’ll play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for SaaS solutions.
- Develop a strong understanding of product offerings and map them to client needs.
- Own the full sales cycle – from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine pitches and GTM strategies.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report regularly on key metrics and forecasts.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and client behavior.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong focus on SaaS or technology solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle, pricing models, and customer lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipeline and reporting.
