Job Description:

We are looking for proactive, detail-oriented, and solution based individuals to join our client’s team as a Remote Data Search & Entry Specialist. You will be responsible for transforming inbound inquiries into qualified leads, ensuring the quality of information passed to the outreach team, and supporting key administrative processes in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Review and filter inbound information from various sources (email, forms, inboxes).
  • Validate and Input the collected data into the internal CRM system
  • Create and update lead profiles based on verified criteria.
  • Perform online research and verification tasks as needed.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with other agents and report findings.
  • Work closely with other team members in a collaborative and efficient manner.
  • Use data skip tracing platforms or various data search methods to locate contact information and other required information for each lead

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Fluent English (C2/native-level), both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in data entry or lead qualification is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Fast learner with excellent online research capabilities.
  • Committed to integrity, accuracy, and service.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with remote collaboration.
  • Familiarity with lead management processes.
  • Comfort with learning new software tools quickly.

Software & Tools:
