The collected data will be entered into the "Verified Sales" spreadsheet, supporting trend analysis, marketing strategies, and brokerage insights.

Responsibilities
- Tasks & Workflow
- Focus on one state per week (Alabama one week, North Carolina the next).
- If one state is fully caught up, shift focus to the other until both are up to date.
- County-by-County Sales Search
- Use Acres.com to search for 30+ acre land sales.
- Search each county’s real estate deeds for available sales data.
- Check transactions occurring within the 2025 calendar year.
- Ensure each county is systematically reviewed and logged.
- Data Entry into Verified Sales Spreadsheet
- Record property details (acreage, land use, improvements).
- Input transaction information (sale date, price, buyer/seller details).
- Include ownership details (corporate entity, phone, and mailing address).
- Note any available zoning/FLU, conservation easements, & land-use restrictions.
- Collaboration & Validation
- Work closely with the team to confirm sales data accuracy.
- Cross-check findings using state and local appraiser data, brokerage insights, and county deed records.
- 2-5 years of work experience in real estate research, data entry, or land sales analysis, or related roles.
- Experience working with a real estate company based in the US.
- Familiarity with Acres.com, county deed records, and property databases is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized, accurate records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and tracking.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multi-task and flexibility to meet deliverables for newly assigned duties.
- Excellent communication both written and verbal.
- Project and time management skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn technology and research tools.
