Key Responsibilities:
- Support mortgage application processing, including document tracking and client communication
- Coordinate with lenders, clients, and internal teams
- Organize and maintain digital files and mortgage-related documents
- Perform accurate data entry and CRM updates
- Provide general administrative support to streamline operations
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-5 years of experience in mortgage processing or real estate admin support
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong skills in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools
- Dependable internet connection and a quiet home office setup
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized
- Able to work during overlapping hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST)
