  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong skills in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools
  • Dependable internet connection and a quiet home office setup
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized
  • Able to work during overlapping hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST)
