Operations & Partnerships Coordinator
In this multi-faceted position, you’ll play a key role in supporting our daily operations, managing supplier and hotel partnerships, and contributing to strategic initiatives like sustainability and business growth. You’ll collaborate closely with a small, international team while juggling several exciting projects at once.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinating hotel and supplier relationships
· Supporting day-to-day administrative operations
· Managing internal systems, reports, and CRM tools
· Assisting in strategic initiatives including sustainability efforts
· Collaborating across departments to maintain seamless operations

What We're Looking For
· Based in Manila or elsewhere in the Philippines
· Previous experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or a related industry is preferred
· Strong English communication skills, both verbal and professional written tone
· Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects remotely
· Tech-savvy and resourceful with digital tools
· Self-starter with great attention to detail and a passion for luxury experiences
