Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and creative Lead Content Writer to spearhead the content strategy for our growing brand and newsletter. This role is central to our digital content efforts, with a strong focus on newsletter writing and landing page copy.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of storytelling expertise, SEO knowledge, and digital publishing experience to craft compelling, high-performing content that drives engagement and conversions. As the lead writer, you’ll take ownership of our upcoming newsletter, setting the tone, style, and voice from the ground up. You'll also be responsible for producing strategic landing page content, working closely with our design and marketing teams to ensure consistency, clarity, and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end content creation for a weekly newsletter, from ideation to publication.
- Write clear, persuasive, and engaging landing page content aligned with conversion goals. Taking webinar content and turning into Landing pages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BD, Consulting and marketing to support broader content initiatives.
- Optimize content using SEO best practices and tools like Beehiiv, Ahrefs and WordPress.Main
- tain and update content on high-traffic web properties, ensuring accuracy, tone, and consistency.
- Analyze content performance using data and analytics tools to inform strategy.
- Manage content workflows and contribute to the overall editorial calendar.
- Support additional content and communication needs as they arise
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in content writing, ideally in a lead or senior role.
- English fluency.
- Proven track record in managing content for high-traffic websites and digital platforms.
- Strong proficiency in tools such as Beehiiiv, WordPress, Ahrefs, etc.
- Deep understanding of content management systems, SEO, web design principles, paid media, and web analytics.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Comfortable collaborating with internal teams and external partners remotely.
Bonus: Graphic design skills and familiarity with visual content creation tools.
