About This Role

As a Talent Operations Specialist on our People Enablement team, you'll directly impact the success of our talent acquisition efforts by ensuring the operational efficiency of all recruitment activities. From experienced hires to campus recruits and contingent staff, you will provide essential support across the entire recruitment lifecycle. Your oversight of critical processes such as background/fingerprint checks is fundamental to upholding our commitment to complaint hiring.

Work Environment

  • This job operates in a hybrid 2x a week in an office environment.
  • With occasional overlap with the US counterpart in Central Time

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Workday Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for Workday-related tasks within the Talent Acquisition function, including data entry, troubleshooting, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Background Screening & Verifications: Track and coordinate required health checks for our employees in the Philippines, ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records. Manage background check and fingerprinting processes, including initiating checks, monitoring progress, and escalating any flagged results as needed.
  • Recruitment Operations Support: Provide comprehensive operational support for all recruitment activities, including:
  • Job Requisitions: Build job requisitions in Workday, ensuring accuracy and alignment with job architecture, partnering with HRBPs and the Compensation team as needed
  • Interview Coordination: Support with interview scheduling, coordination and logistics while ensuring a positive experience for candidates and interviewers.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain communication with candidates, providing updates and addressing inquiries as needed.
  • Offer Management: Prepare and verify the accuracy of offer documents for approval within Workday or DocuSign.
  • Contingent Workforce Management: Assist with processing contingent worker job requisitions, managing candidate submissions and interview processes with TPSAs, and completing onboarding paperwork.
  • Document and Template Maintenance: Maintain and update document templates (offer letters, employment agreements, addendums) and message templates as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks, such as maintaining recruitment records, updating the applicant tracking system, and supporting special projects and audit requests as needed.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations, HR administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS) required (preferably Workday).

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
