As a part of Kounsel Recruitment and Operations team, you will be an integral part of our organization, helping to support our administrative functions, streamline our screening processes, and provide essential assistance in onboarding processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage internal recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, coordination and interviewing for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Schedule and conduct screenings and background checks to assess candidates’ suitability in healthcare, law, and veterinary areas.
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as email management, document preparation, and data entry.
- Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets with accurate candidate and employee information.
- Facilitate and track the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary steps are completed.
- Coordinate and provide necessary support during the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition.
- Create and format documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Minimum of Bachelor Degree in a related field.
3+ years of experience in HR, customer support, administrative role is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM, and Microsoft tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Native level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a team, as well as independently, and manage time effectively.
High-speed Internet and the ability to join video meetings during business hours.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of multi-functional teams.
Ability to collaborate and be a team player.
Availability to work during U.S. Business hours (EST/CST/PST).
