RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including preparing agendas and materials
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Conduct research on various topics as assigned
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and follow-up action items
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
- Maintain confidential information with utmost discretion
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including researching and booking flights, ensuring cost-efficiency and schedule alignment
- Maintain and organize digital files systematically, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage of sensitive document
- Review and evaluate LinkedIn profiles to identify potential candidates that align with specified role requirements
- Initiate contact with qualified individuals to support targeted recruitment efforts based on the client's hiring needs.
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO and executive team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience supporting C-level executives or senior management
- Knowledge of calendar management software (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Previous experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
OTHER DETAILS:
- This is graveyard shift -- FULL TIME
- This is home-based
- You will be reporting Mondays-Fridays
- Your rate will be ₱22,000.00 - ₱24,000.00 per month
