Aftersales Back Office Support Specialist

Invoicing

  • Prepares invoices according to contracts and/or invoicing plan of aftersales activities including preventive maintenance, services, and parts sales
  • Manages workflow related to dispatch of electronic invoices to Aftersales customers
  • Provides additional requests from customers related to invoices


Debit Note

  • Provides support to summarize aftersales activities into Debit Notes, including worksheets and delivery notes in preparation for invoicing


Functional Coordination

  • Coordinates with process owners related to aftersales sales activities with Aftersales Service Center, Warehouse and Credit and Collection related to debit notes, invoicing, and collection
  • Replies to customer inquires and/or clarifications related to invoices


Other Task Assigned By Aftersales Manager

Requirement:

  • BSA, BSAIS, BSFM graduate
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of SAP, Quickbooks or similar software is an advantage
