The Opportunity
Our partner is a high performing Australian business, listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX). A winner of various industry awards, this business is growing and well respected in the industry. We are looking for a Demand Planner to join the team in Manila. You will be working on the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) processes. Your experience in Supply Chain and specifically Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead demand planning for the group.
- Manage S&OP.
- Optimisation of supply chain through continuous improvement.
- Working on developing KPIs for demand and supply planning activities.
- Engage with various stakeholders and customers e.g. sales, supply chain team, GMs etc.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Finance/Accounting or relevant field.
- Related minimum 5 years experience in demand planning.
- Manufacturing industry experience.
- SAP and SAP IBP.
- Regression analysis, econometric model expertise.
- Strong demand forecasting skills using various metrics and XYZ classifications.
- Effective English communication skills both written and verbal,
