Position Summary:
The Account Receivable Associate will be responsible for the compliance of Company policy in all things related to Accounts Receivable, must be in constant communication with the Supervisor as they work to improve their professional functions for the organization.

The Account Receivable Associate will be responsible for the compliance of Company policy in all things related to Accounts Receivable, must be in constant communication with the Supervisor as they work to improve their professional functions for the organization.
Duties And Responsabilities
- The Associate must meet his daily work schedule
- Must carry out the daily banking reconciliations and have bank activity ready for the posterior conciliation.
- Provide support with processing of daily deposits.
- The Associate must constantly monitor the assigned group of agencies; this includes an effective following of all past due amounts and inactive agencies.
- Must be available daily to receive calls, attend to all agencies requirements, and be able to provide solution to agencies calls.
- The Account Receivable Associate must maintain an excellent level of customer service and always strive for improvement.
- Read, acknowledge and comply with Viamericas Staff Information Security Policy via the Information Security training portal. This should be done within 30 days of hire and repeated annually
- Attend periodic Information Security training provided by Viamericas’
- Report any event that might be an Information Security Incident: clicked on a malicious link, downloaded and opened a suspicious file, etc
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in team setting, to take responsibility, and be an effective decision-maker.
- Formal Education: Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in customer service and handling difficult clients.
