What You Will Do
The Treasury Operations Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting all activities related to the centralized execution of Kenvue’s supplier payments and continuous improvement of treasury operations related to the Global Payment Factory.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for execution of in-country supplier payments, and T&E settlements, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments and adhere to payment cut-off times
- Validate acknowledgments from various (banking) providers and timely follow-up where needed
- Support the daily management of the reconciliation of bank accounting transaction activities
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting processes for management
- Support the implementation of new business processes related to new product offerings and enhancements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or economics
- Strong analytic skills – Ability to standardize varying data processes/inputs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intellectual agility, curiosity, and creativity
- Strong capabilities in MS Excel
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with a broad range of individuals
- Ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English at minimum
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience
- Experience in Treasury Operations, General Finance or Account Payable
