Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Advertising: Analyze and provide insights on paid ad performance across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), optimizing campaigns for better ROI.
  • HubSpot Management: Refresh and update landing pages, workflows, and automation processes in HubSpot.
  • A/B Testing: Develop and execute A/B tests on landing pages and ads to enhance conversion rates.
  • Cross-Channel Insights: Provide data-driven recommendations on multi-channel paid ad strategies to improve campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, or marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot for managing landing pages, automation, and reporting.
  • Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and performance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and web optimization.
  • Experienced working with US-based clients and willing to work in PST/CST hours
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing data to drive insights and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Looker, or other reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for web updates.
  • Knowledge of SEO/Paid Ads best practices to enhance web performance.
