Job Title: Marketing Technologist/Analyst (Long-Term Contract)
Location: Remote (PST/CST Hours)
Rate: $ 8-10/hr
Contract Duration: 6 months to Long-Term
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Technologist/Analyst to support digital marketing initiatives, optimize paid advertising efforts, and enhance web performance. This role requires a tech-savvy marketer with strong analytical skills who can manage and optimize HubSpot, refresh web pages, conduct A/B testing, and provide insights on paid advertising performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Web & Reporting: Build, optimize, and maintain web pages and dashboards to track marketing performance.
- Paid Advertising: Analyze and provide insights on paid ad performance across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), optimizing campaigns for better ROI.
- HubSpot Management: Refresh and update landing pages, workflows, and automation processes in HubSpot.
- A/B Testing: Develop and execute A/B tests on landing pages and ads to enhance conversion rates.
- Cross-Channel Insights: Provide data-driven recommendations on multi-channel paid ad strategies to improve campaign performance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, or marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in HubSpot for managing landing pages, automation, and reporting.
- Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and web optimization.
- Experienced working with US-based clients and willing to work in PST/CST hours
- Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing data to drive insights and recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Google Analytics, Looker, or other reporting tools.
- Familiarity with basic HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for web updates.
- Knowledge of SEO/Paid Ads best practices to enhance web performance.
