Job Description
Provide support on surveillance and first level maintenance of North Luzon access network
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring network alarms and identfying potential issues.
- Support the team in troubleshooting network incidents and escalating critical issues.
- Help document network issues, resolutions, and reports.
- Collaborate with engineers and field teams to ensure smooth network operations.
- Learn and utilize telecom network monitoring tools.
