Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions

Actively participate in training and development programmes to enhance your skills
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and procedures
What we're looking for
Atleast SHS Grad + 6 mos international voice exp (BPO)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address customer queries effectively
Familiarity with telecommunications products and services or a willingness to learn
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
