We’re looking for a Business Operations Coordinator who is highly data-driven, thrives on building structure, and consistently executes with excellence. In this role, you’ll work directly with our Head of Operations to help streamline key processes, manage data reporting, and drive operational efficiency across our fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:

Partner with the Head of Operations to implement and manage operational strategies and improvements.

Own the day-to-day coordination between departments (DSR, Support, Market Associate Team).

Track KPIs and performance metrics; analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and areas of improvement.

Build, maintain, and optimize SOPs that drive team efficiency and ensure process consistency.

Prepare performance dashboards and regular reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Support operational logistics, including driver onboarding, documentation compliance, scheduling, and service coordination.

Proactively handle escalations, resolve operational challenges, and ensure timely follow-through on tasks and deliverables.

Lead or assist with special projects and cross-team initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, or business administration (NEMT or healthcare background is a plus).

Strong data literacy and comfort working with spreadsheets, performance dashboards, and reporting tools.

Proven track record as a strong executor — detail-oriented, accountable, and driven by outcomes.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Clear communicator, both written and verbal, who can collaborate across remote teams.

Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets, Slack, Trello, and CRM or workflow management platforms.

Comfortable working remotely and overlapping with US hours (EST) when required.
