- Proficient in process analysis, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
