Requirements

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills with a knack for engaging others
  • Ability to convey technical information in an accessible and interesting manner
  • Strong organizational skills, ensuring seamless scheduling and record-keeping
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to collaborate with a vibrant team
  • A passion for technology and VOIP services is a major plus!


Benefits

  • Appointment Setter (VoIP Sales Development Rep - SDR)

Base Salary (Hourly or Monthly):

  • $2/hour (entry to mid-level)
  • 300$ base (depending on experience and volume expectations)

Commission/Bonus Structure:

  • 10-15per qualified appointment (depending on deal size and target quality)
  • + Tier Bonuses:
  • 20+ qualified appts/month: Extra $125
  • 30+ appts/month: Extra $250
  • 40+ appts/month: Extra $500+

KPIs:

  • 3-5 qualified appointments per day
  • 70%+ show rate
  • 20%+ conversion to demo/close
