- Review of agency transactions from US agencies to ensure successful processing
- Ensure that daily monitoring of transactions that are pending, with errors
- Handling of tickets created by team and ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide status notifications to the customer and/or agents via phone, email, or SMS message. (Tagalog, English)
- Cancellation of transactions upon request of customer, agent, or client.
- Releasing of transactions from Compliance hold.
- Handling of inquiries from US customers and/or agents via email and phone call
- Recording transactions sent via Red Phone
- Answering balance inquiries from US agencies
- Contacting agents on a daily basis to ensure satisfactory on Viamericas products and services
- Document and escalate issues to relevant departments
- Provide Support on Departmental Chat Inquiry
- Updating Expired and Pending Orders
- Provide assistance to PH BDEs
- Special projects assigned by the General Manager
- Note: Handle admin tasks and special projects when necessary or requested
- Read, acknowledge and comply with Viamericas Staff Information Security Policy via the Information Security training portal. This should be done within 30 days of hire and repeated annually
- Attend periodic Information Security training provided by Viamericas’
- Report any event that might be an Information Security Incident: clicked on a malicious link, downloaded and opened a suspicious file, etc
- Have a good attitude and good dealing with people
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Basic Computer knowledge
- High School Diploma or in the process of obtaining one
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule
- Good command of the English language
- This position is carried out in a normal office environment. It requires the use of office equipment like computers, telephones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines among others.
