As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping data-driven decisions that drive business performance. You will:
- Analyze financial data, market trends, and key performance indicators to guide strategic planning.
- Build financial models and develop forecasts to support business initiatives.
- Monitor financial results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and cost optimization efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and initiatives.
Non-negotiables
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Solid experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- CPA, CFA, or progress toward certification is a plus
- Strong communication skills and business acumen
- Ability to present complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- Australian finance experience is a plus
